Dr. Norman Wilson is the visionary behind "On Earth as it is in Heaven." His extensive experience includes pastoring in Indianapolis, serving as a Wesleyan missionary in Latin America, and holding administrative roles with The Wesleyan Church. He has also taught Intercultural Studies and Global Ministries at Indiana Wesleyan University.

Norman is a prolific writer, with numerous articles on missions theory and practice, and compassionate evangelism published in various journals, including the Christian Education Journal, The Preacher’s Magazine, the Journal of the American Society for Church Growth, the Christian Scholar’s Review, and the Evangelical Dictionary of Christian Education.

Married to Kimberlee J. Wilson, they have four children, three of whom are graduates of Indiana Wesleyan University, and two grandchildren. Fluent in Spanish, Norman and Kim are active members of their local church in Fishers, Indiana, where they collaborate in various ministries among Hispanic brothers and sisters in Christ.
